G Putnam founded this small, boutique songwriting company [Music Maykers, LLC (MM)], or Community. On my own, I’m NOT so good. After tumbling down dozens of hills/mountains, what I was able to perform led to interests from far better talents than me. Could name names throughout my growth (& have), suffice it to say, I could NOT have possibly succeeded in music without help from all around me.
How MM Produces Songs
G Putnam writes lyrics, now, & send them to a small group of composers, each with a different style, which allows me flexibility as a lyricist to share across more genres. But that also negates developing a signature, “artist” sound. So, Michael Clay & I started collaborating, & wow! We came together like Lennon/McCartney.

Where Is Music Maykers Going?
Well, NOT so much going. What’s coming? Emotions are coming to you in fresh new ways: Find songs for your heart by moods. mmmm-SONGs uses my color-chart of moods, called Emotional Categories to the best I can. NOT simple, but consider the adjectives per color just for this site. Same with mmmm-GENREs, “genres” become blurry as we create. Lots of fusion.
